FAQs for Learning Management System (LMS)
The new LMS has many more security features to keep your data safe.
When working in the LMS it will work much more smoothly if you use the ‘Cancel’ and ‘Back’ buttons in the LMS rather than in your browser.
Please ‘Exit’ the system after you have finished using it. If you stay on the system without using it then the system will time you out. This may cause problems when you log in again. And it may not record that you have watched the presentation.
To go ‘Back’
Click the ‘Back’ buttons within the LMS.
To ‘Exit’
Click the ‘Back’ until you see your profile in the top right of the screen. Click on you profile picture and then click on Exit.
To go to the next unwatched presentation
Click the ‘Continue learning’ button.
Why has the page gone blank and I can’t do anything?
Re-entering https://learn.ilactation.com or learn.ilactation.com/ilactation/lr/lr_home.jsp still leaves you with a blank screen.
The most likely reason for this is that you clicked on the ‘Back’ button in the browser or that you exited the browser tab by clicking ‘X’.
If this happens it is important to close the browser you are working in. The LMS will remember the cookies until you close the browser and so won’t allow you to re-enter.
I don’t see the conference on my dashboard, where is it?
Please click on the ‘Assigned’ to see all the conferences you are able to access.
Once click all your conferences will appear.
I would like to re-enter a presentation
Please click on the ‘presentation’ link or the little arrow on the right had side of the presentation you wish to see able to access.
Once inside the presentations there will be a list of:
Videos, Handouts, Feedback survey, Ask the speaker survey
To re-watch the video click on the title or the little arrow to the right of the title.
Then click on the little camera icon to watch the video again.
I would like to download the handouts again
Please click on the three little dots on the right-hand side of the handouts.
This will produce a pop-up menu where you will see ‘View Again’
I would like to re-enter the Evaluation
Please click on the ‘Evaluation’ link or the little arrow on the right-hand side
Once inside the Evaluation click on the three little dots on the right-hand side.
This will produce a pop-up menu where you will see ‘View Again’.
Because of the way evaluation survey works you will not be able to add to your previous entries but will be able to resubmit the Evaluation.
How to collect the certificate
To collect your certificate please re-enter the conference and there will be a graphic saying ‘Completion Certificate’ on the right-hand side with a ‘Download Now’ button below.

If you have problems, please:
1. Try a different browser to make such there are no cookie conflicts.
2. Send us a screenshot to info@ilactation.com and we will forward the problem to our tech team.
3. Please let us know what device, operating system and browser you are using.
